HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Depending on location live feeders and animals are shipped out Monday and Tuesday. We do not ship later in the week to avoid boxes being in transit over the weekend. Handling time may take 3-7 business days before we ship your order. In times of extreme weather, orders may be held for the safety and wellbeing of the animals. UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day shipping refers to the transit time, not the number of days between placing your order and receiving it. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. We do not ship internationally. We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IF MY LIVE FISH FOOD OR OTHER ANIMALS ARRIVE DEAD?
If you experience a DOA (Dead On Arrival) please contact us within 3 hours of delivery. Pictures of the dead animals in the unopened bag must be sent to our email PhillipsFishWorks@gmail.com. Once we verify your purchase and pictures we will issue a refund or reship your order. We do not require a signature for delivery but highly encourage you to be available to receive your package when it arrives. Even in a property packed box, aquatic animals will suffer quickly sitting in the sun or snow on a front porch. Regardless of what happens, contact us and we will make it right!
